What we collect
When you call us or fill out a form, we collect what we need to do the work: your name, phone number, the address where the work is, what you need done, and, if you give it, your email address. Calls to our office number may be answered by an automated assistant and are recorded and transcribed so the office can schedule and follow up accurately. Our website records standard technical information (pages visited, device type, referring site) through analytics tools.
How we use it
To schedule and perform electrical work, to confirm and remind you about appointments, to call or text you back about a request, to send estimates and invoices, and to improve how we answer the phone and run the website. We do not sell your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who sees it
Our office staff and electricians, and the service providers that run our phone system, scheduling, texting, website hosting and payments on our behalf. Those providers may only use your information to provide the service to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling (248) 808-6277 or writing to us at the address below. We keep job records as long as we are required to for licensing, warranty and tax purposes.
